August Schedule is up!

Classes for August are up,youll have 4 chances a week to join me on the mat starting 8/10.Ill be teaching 2 classes at Angel Wings & Amethyst Healing House Inc. in Manorville and 2 classes at The YogaGypsy Lounge.Click on schedule tab, youll find all class info and links there.All classes are being held outside so they are weather permitting.Im really excited to getting back to teaching,Ive missed all of you so much and look forward to seeing your beautiful faces in class once again.Im also playing around with the idea of virtual classes,be sure to check back for more info.Be well and ill see you on the mat xo
