I teach an eclectic style of yoga,while making the class accessible to all.My classes have the feel of Hatha yoga with some Yin & Restorative sprinkled in.Props are a big part of my practice, you dont have to use them but I encourage my students too.Props aide in making yoga accessible for everyone as well as always listening to your own body and doing what feels right for you.You will never find any crazy pretzel postures or head/hand stands in my class.But I do ask of you to explore the postures,feeling your way into them and going as deep as youd like.
No matter your level/experience with yoga I hope to make this class comfortable for all and practicing in your own home adds another layer of comfort.
