ZOOM Chair Yoga

Join me in the month of February every Tuesday morning for an accessible chair yoga class.From the comfort of your own home you can practice with me on ZOOM.If you cant make class time a recording of the class can be emailed to you.
This class is suitable for any and every one.All that is required is a chair and the desire to want to feel and move better.
Be sure to dress in your comfy clothes,have a bottle of water and if you have a tennis ball,yoga strap(tie,rope,towel,remember be creative) and yoga block be sure to have them accessible to you during class.
