Mid Day Refresh

Recharge your body and mind with the 45 minute midday yoga class.

Gentle stretching & deep breathing will assist in relieving stress,improve focus and energize the body.A short relaxation at the end of class will allow you to leave feeling refreshed and ready to take on the afternoon.

Option to sit in a chair or on the floor on a yoga mat.
