All Levels Yoga

Using props like blocks,a strap,chair and blanket helps us practice yoga making it accessible for all.
We begin class seated on the floor (or a chair) with stretches to warm ourselves up.Then moving to standing postures to work on our balance.Finishing class we’ll sit back on the floor for a few more poses and end with a full body relaxation.
Bring your own mat,any yoga props you may have ,dress in comfortable clothes and a bottle of water.
