Restorative Yoga

LAST ALL LEVELS CLASS OF THE MONTH IS RESTORATIVE YOGA!

BRING YOUR PILLOWS,BLANKETS AND/OR BOLSTERS

This class will be done entirely on the floor.Using props such as blankets,pillows,bolsters and blocks. We’ll find our way into relaxing postures finding stillness  & sitting in each pose for several minutes.

This class is a great reset or end of the month let go! Tapping into our nervous system we will  relax the mind and body.

Bring your own mat,any yoga props you may have ,dress in comfortable clothes and a bottle of water.
