ZOOM Chair Yoga

Last ZOOM class for the month of SEPTEMBER !
Every Wednesday morning well move, stretch, strengthen, breath and laugh our way through a  chair yoga class.
If you can not join in LIVE a recording of class can be sent to you and practice when you can.
Make sure you have your props near by. A block, strap, set of light weights and tennis is all you need. Feel free to be creative with props, no need to go out and buy them.Even if you don’t have props all can join in.
Once payment is received a link for class will be sent to you.
