Join in every Wednesday morning from the comfort of your own home for an accessible yoga class.

Chair yoga is the practice of yoga with the assistance of a chair,no matter your age,body size or mobility ANY ONE can do this class.

If you,d like to join and the day/time dose not fit your schedule a recording of the class can be sent to you.And then practice when you can.

Once your payment is received a link for the monthly classes will be sent to you.
