Make a monthly commitment to your self and health! And join in every Wednesday morning from the comfort of your own home for an accessible yoga class.
Chair yoga is the practice of yoga with the assistance of a chair,no matter your age,body size or mobility ANY ONE can do this class.
If you,d like to join and the day/time dose not fit your schedule a recording of the class can be sent to you.And then practice when you can.
Once your payment is received a link for the monthly classes will be sent to you.
