ZOOM Chair Yoga

Join me in a chair yoga class from the comfort of your own home.
Make a commitment to your self and health and join in all AUGUST !
Every Wednesday morning well move, stretch, strengthen, breath and laugh our way through a  chair yoga class.
If you can not join in LIVE a recording of class can be sent to you and practice when you can.
Make sure you have your props near by. A block, strap, set of light weights and tennis is all you need. Feel free to be creative with props, no need to go out and buy them.
Once payment is received a link for class will be sent to you.
