ZOOM Chair Yoga

LAST JUNE CLASS/SIGN UP FOR JULY NOW!
Every Wednesday morning well move,stretch,strengthen,breath and laugh our way through an accessible chair yoga class.
If you can not join in LIVE a recording of class can be sent to you and practice when you can.
Make sure you have your props near by.A block,strap and tennis is all you need.Feel free to be creative with props,no need to go out and buy them.
Once payment is received a link for class will be sent to you.
Payment can be made with cash for my local peeps,check or PayPal.
