Join me for 3 Tuesday evening in July on ZOOM for an ALL LEVELS mat class.
This class is great for beginners to the seasoned yogi.No fancy poses or standing on your head here! We’ll move through class connecting with breath as we stretch and open the body while relaxing and slowing down the mind.
As always modifications given ( and prop friendly).My approach to yoga is YOGA IS FOR EVERY BODY,my classes are inclusive to all.
