Looking for a little bit more then stretching?!
This class is a mixture of yoga & pilates,designed to work on core strenght,balance and flexibility.
Class will being on the floor with yoga stretches to warm up the muscles.Then moving through low impact exercises with the use of props, challenging the entire body.Coming to stand we will work on balance moving through several yoga postures with the use of weights.Ending class on the floor with several yoga stretches and a cool down in a restorative pose.
This class is suited for those with some yoga experience and are able to move from the floor to standing without lot of difficulty.
Please wear comfortable clothing,bring water,towel,yoga mat and a set of light weights (weights optional)
