Yoga at the Library

Using props like blocks,a strap and blanket helps us practice yoga making it accessible for most.
We begin class seated on the floor with stretches to warm ourselves up.Then moving to standing postures to work on our balance.Finishing class we’ll sit back on the floor for a few more poses and end with a full body relaxation.
Bring your own mat,any yoga props you may have ,dress in comfortable clothes and a bottle of water.
PLEASE ARRIVE 5/10 MINUTES PRIOR TO CLASS START TIME
