This gentle yoga class will focus on stretching the body from head to toe.
Improving flexibility,mobility and range of motion.Afocus on breath will allow the mind to relax as well.
Class ends with a deep relaxation leaving you feeling calm and relaxed.
Entire class is done on the floor and is suitable for the beginner to advanced yogi
