Chair yoga is an ideal exercise for those suffering from conditions, such as chronic pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, osteoporosis, and multiple sclerosis. It may also benefit people over a certain age who have trouble moving through the up and down motions of traditional yoga. Chair yoga allows you to stay stabilized. Offering a myriad of benefits with increased flexibility and an improved mental state. This is a yoga practice for every one!
Join us (weather permitting) for Chair Yoga in the Yard.All levels,accessible for every body.Class will be limited to 6 Yogis and you MUST preregister to attend.Be sure to dress according to the weather & bring water.$10 per yogi.Call,text,message me for more info or to reserve your spot in class.
