Mindful Morning Yoga

$10LAST SATURDAY MORNING CLASS
You must have some yoga experience & be able to get up and down from the floor unassisted.
This 55 minute class will focus on holding postures for longer periods.With mindful movement & connection to breath. We will build strength,flexibility, internal awareness and energy to take on the day,heck maybe even the weekend!
Please bring a mat (and any props if you have them ie:blocks,strap,blanket)
Wear comfortable clothes ,if you must eat before class make sure its at least an hour prior.
***No need to be a Curves member to join in.
**Non Curves members- $10 drop in or 5 class card for $40 with 3 month expiration
**Curves members-$7 drop in or 5 class card for $30 with 3 month expiration
