Gentle Flow & Deep Stretch

This 75 minute gentle yoga class structured around slowly moving the body through gentle Warrior series, Standing Balances, and core exercises. This class focuses on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles. The last few minutes of class is dedicated to moving deeper into passive stretches with Yin yoga. Some yoga experience to attend & being able to move from the floor to standing without difficulty.
