Deep Stretch

This 45 minute slow paced style of yoga  class targets deep connective tissue and helps with flexibility.Holding postures  for extended periods, focusing on stillness & breath  allows the body to release tension and relax.

*this class has weekly  alternating teachers

Class ends with full body relaxation
