Join us for a fun & challenging chair yoga class.

We’ll take on traditional yoga postures and  add a twist by using a chair to assist us. The class can be as easy or as challenging as you choose.

We begin seated warming the body & muscles up .Then moving into some seated light cardio. We’ll come to stand using light weights/props with low impact movements to get the heart pumping. Several yoga postures to work on balance and then come to sit once more. Cooling down and then execise our brains!

Options to modify or deepen the poses are always given making this class accessible to most.
