Whether you’re new to exercise and movement. Have limited mobilities,use a walker or wheelchair.Maybe your just looking for more beneficial movement in your life.This class is accessible to you!
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga/exercise with the assistance of a chair. This make the practice accessible to all.
Staying seated through movements and/or using the chair as a prop to assist with standing postures.Entire class can be done seated,modifications given for ALL levels.
Come experience a yoga class for everybody!
