Chair Yoga is a style of yoga in which postures are preformed while seated and/or standing using the aid of a chair. Chair yoga can improve your flexibility, concentration and strength. It also helps with boosting your mood, reducing stress and joint pain.
This class is all inclusive, there is no yoga experience required and is accessible to anybody regardless of age, physical ability or those with limited mobility
