Accessible Yoga at Curves

LAST WEDNESDAY CLASS AT CURVES///WE ARE BACK AT THE WEST BRANCH LIBRARY IN SEPTEMBER

Accessible yoga means yoga for everybody!

Using props like blocks,a strap,chair and blanket helps us practice yoga making it accessible for all.

We begin class seated on the floor (or a chair)  with stretches to warm ourselves up.Then moving to standing postures to work on our balance.Finishing class we’ll sit back on the floor for a few more poses and end with a  full body relaxation.

Bring your own mat,dress in comfortable clothes and a bottle of water.
