Join me every Tuesday in August for an all levels mat class on ZOOM.This class is great for those beginning yoga & looking to start a practice or the seasoned yogi whos looking to slow down.Every one is welcomed!

You must preregister to attend,making your payment with pay pal will register you for class.Once your payment is received the ZOOM link will be emailed to you.
