You’ve found it! Join me for the month of August every Tuesday morning for a fun & accessible chair yoga class.Let me show you,yoga is for EVERY BODY!
No yoga experience required,just the desire to feel & move better.
$50 for the month of August
Preregistration required.Payment can be made through Pay Pay.No Pay Pal account,no problem.Contact me to register for class.Once payment is received,ZOOM link will be sent to you.
Be sure to dress in loose,comfy clothing.Make sure you have a sturdy chair,placed where it wont slide or move.If you have yoga props ie block,strap & tennis ball be sure to have them near by.Dont worry if you dont have props,ill give you lots of ideas for every day household items to use instead.
