Transformative Flow

Building endurance,core strength and balance,this yoga flow creates a head to toe workout.
Deep stretching,pilates inspired movements and strength training using weights will tone and transform the body and mind.
Some exercise experience required.
Props such as blocks,bolsters, stretch bands and light hand weights may be used.Dont forget your towel, water and get ready to move!
