NEW CLASS/All Levels Yoga

This class is for the beginner to advanced yogi.

For the beginner,modifications / props such as blocks,straps & chairs will be available to assist with postures.Allowing the poses to be accessible to all.

For the advanced yogi this a a great class for you to slow down.

Class will  start with us seated on our mats,warming up the body.We will then move on to standing postures to work on balance.Class will finish with us on the floor once more with several postures and then a meditative relaxation.

You must be able to get up and down from the floor without assistance.

Please bring your own yoga mat & bottle of water (mats will NOT be provided).
