Morning Chair Yoga in the Yard

Chair yoga is an ideal exercise for those suffering from conditions, such as chronic pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, osteoporosis, and multiple sclerosis. It may also benefit people over a certain age who have trouble moving through the up and down motions of traditional yoga. Chair yoga allows you to stay stabilized. Offering a myriad of benefits with increased flexibility and an improved mental state. This is a yoga practice for every one!

Join us (weather permitting) for Chair Yoga in the Yard.All levels,accessible for every body.Class will be limited to 6 Yogis and you MUST preregister to attend.Be sure to dress according to the weather & bring water.$10 per yogi.Call,text,message me for more info or to reserve your spot in class.
For anyone who is hesitant🀨 about joining in group activity,Id like to assure you that The YogaGypsy Lounge✨ is following the guidelines to keep every yogi safe.

All classes are being held outside where we are able to social distance (masks areΒ  required beforeΒ  and after class not during physical activity).Im asking everyone to bring their own mats,props (except chairs for chair class,which will be cleaned/disinfected before & after every class).Class size is limited to 6 and you MUST preregister at least 24hrs before class.
Remember to dress according to the weather & bring water with you.
