Accessible Yoga

With the use of props..such as blocks,strap,chair or even the wall we will move through a yoga class that is accessible for you.
Class starts seated as we stretch and warm up,then moving on to standing postures we will work on our balance.We’ll then move back to the floor with more movement and stretches,ending class with a lying down relaxation.
Bring a yoga mat,water ,dress in comfortable clothing.
