Gentle Yoga for Stress Relief

Stressed? Trouble turning your brain off?
In this 60 minute class we will start with some breath techniques to promote relaxation, and stretch the body gently to releasing tightness. Essential oils and gentle hands on Reiki too! This class is open to all levels. No previous yoga experience is required
