Accessible Yoga/South Iredell Senior Center

All levels welcomed!

In this class we will begin on the floor with seated postures warming the body up. Then moving into standing poses as we work on balance. An option for a chair as a prop to assist with standing is always encouraged. We will come to the floor once more with a few seated postures and end class with a relaxation/meditation.

Bring a mat,water,blanket and wear your comfy clothes.
