DESCRIPTION:This class is for the beginner to advanced yogi. \nFor the beginner\,modifications / props such as blocks\,straps & chairs will be available to assist with postures.Allowing the poses to be accessible to all. \nFor the advanced yogi this a a great class for you to slow down. \nClass will  start with us seated on our mats\,warming up the body.We will then move on to standing postures to work on balance.Class will finish with us on the floor once more with several postures and then a meditative relaxation. \nYou must be able to get up and down from the floor without assistance. \nPlease bring your own yoga mat & bottle of water (mats will NOT be provided). \nPlease register for class with the link below \n

DESCRIPTION:Looking for a little bit more then stretching?!This class is a mixture of yoga & pilates\,designed to work on core strenght\,balance and flexibility.Class will being on the floor with yoga stretches to warm up the muscles.Then moving through low impact exercises with the use of props\,  challenging  the entire body.Coming to stand we will  work on balance\, again with low impact movement and a chair assisted Sun Salutation.Ending class on the floor with several yoga stretches and a cool down in a restorative pose.This class is suited for those with some yoga experience and are able to move from the floor to standing without lot of difficulty.Please wear comfortable clothing\,bring water\,towel\,yoga mat and a set of light weights (weights optional)NO NEED TO BE A MEMEBER OF CURVES TO JOIN.
