DESCRIPTION:There’s still time to join us this month  in a chair yoga class from the comfort of your own home. \nIn this fun & challenging chair yoga class\, we’ll take on traditional yoga postures and  add a twist by using a chair to assist us. The class can be as easy or as challenging as you choose. \nWe begin seated warming the body & muscles up .Then moving into some seated light cardio. We’ll come to stand using light weights/props with low impact movements to get the heart pumping. Several yoga postures to work on balance and then come to sit once more. Cooling down and then exercise our brains! \nOptions to modify or deepen the poses are always given making this class accessible to most. \nThis class is LIVE  every  Wednesday morning…\nIf you can not join in LIVE a recording of class can be sent to you and practice when you can.\nMake sure you have your props near by. A block\, strap\, set of light weights and tennis ball. Feel free to be creative with props\, no need to go out and buy them. \nEven if you don’t have props all can join in. \nOnce payment is received a link for class will be sent to you.\nPayments VENMO\,ZELLE\,CASH OR CHECK\nFeel free to call \,message or email me for more info or to register for class.\n$40 for the month. \nIf you think about it…that’s a full month of yoga for $40! \n1 weekly LIVE class a month with each weeks recorded class…. which you have unlimted acess to the entire month….sooooo you could do a class EVERY day! \n
