DESCRIPTION:  \n  \nUsing props like blocks\,a strap\,chair and blanket helps us practice yoga making it accessible for most.We begin class seated on the floor (or a chair)  with stretches to warm ourselves up.Then moving to standing postures to work on our balance.Finishing class we’ll sit back on the floor for a few more poses and end with a  full body relaxation.Bring your own mat\,any yoga props you may have \,dress in comfortable clothes and a bottle of water.THIS CLASS IS AT THE WEST BRANCH & FREE !\nLAST CLASS OF THE YEAR\,WE WILL BE BACK IN JANUARY \n
