DESCRIPTION:m \nMeditation & sound healing has many benefits from reducing stress\,improving sleep\,decreasing blood pressure\, lengthening attention span and improving your overall health (that’s just to name a few) \nClass will start with connecting to our breath followed by a guided meditation.Sound healing will vary each class\,from music\,to singing bowls or a crystal triangle. \nThere is no experience required just the desire to relax. \nYou can bring a yoga mat or sit in a chair.Dress comfortable & warm\,bring a blanket/pillow if you’d like. \nThese classes will be held the last Friday of every month. \nPlease arrive 5 minutes  prior to class
