DESCRIPTION:This class will be held the 2nd and last Thursday of each month. \nTake some time to drop in\,tune out and relax with a  meditation practice. \nClass with start with a grounding and relaxation. Using techniques such as breathwork\,tapping and/or gentle stretches. \nA guided meditation will follow with sound healing and/or Reiki. \nEach class will uniquely be its own with the goal of complete relaxation. \nNo meditation experience required\,all welcomed. \nOption to sit in a chair or lay down on a mat. \n***NON Curves members $10 drop in or 5 class card for $40 with 3 month expiration. \n***Curves members $8 drop in or 5 class card for $35 with 3 month expiration.
