DESCRIPTION:Join us for a fun & challenging chair yoga class. \nWe’ll take on traditional yoga postures and  add a twist by using a chair to assist us. The class can be as easy or as challenging as you choose. \nWe begin seated warming the body & muscles up .Then moving into some seated light cardio. We’ll come to stand using light weights/props with low impact movements to get the heart pumping. Several yoga postures to work on balance and then come to sit once more.
