DESCRIPTION:SORRY YOGI’S THERES STILL NO POWER AT CURVES\,CLASS IS CANCELLED TODAY. \nAccessible yoga means yoga for everybody! \nUsing props like blocks\,a strap\,chair and blanket helps us practice yoga making it accessible for all. \nWe begin class seated on the floor (or a chair)  with stretches to warm ourselves up.Then moving to standing postures to work on our balance.Finishing class we’ll sit back on the floor for a few more poses and end with a  full body relaxation. \nBring your own mat\,dress in comfortable clothes and a bottle of water. \n
