SORRY LADIES\, SEE YOU NEXT WEEK!!! \nAccessible yoga means yoga for everybody! \nBeginners welcomed. \nUsing props like blocks\,a strap\,chair and blanket helps us practice yoga making it accessible for all. \nWe begin class seated on the floor (or a chair)  with stretches to warm ourselves up.Then moving to standing postures to work on our balance.Finishing class we’ll sit back on the floor for a few more poses and end with a  full body relaxation. \nBring your own mat\,dress in comfortable clothes and a bottle of water. \nNo need to be a Curves member to join in for yoga. \nnon members $6 per class or $25 for a 5 class card \nmembers $4 per class or $15 for a 5 class card \n  \n
