DESCRIPTION:No  need to be a Curves member to join us. \n*First Tuesday of the month  is Restorative Yoga* \nThis entire class is done seated/lying on the floor. \nNo yoga experience required \nRestorative yoga is a style of yoga that encourages physical\, mental\, and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels\, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace\, focusing on long holds\, stillness\, and deep breathing. \nBe sure to wear your comfy clothes\,bring a  yoga mat\,blanket & pillow. \nThere are mats available to use in this space but feel free to brig your own. \nCurves members $4 a class or $15 for 5 class card \nNon members $6 a class or $25 for 5 class cards. \n***class cards are only good for Curves yoga classes
